Hi Rockettes

A friend suggested I look at this.

Seems an insane situation, 2 bidders at 50 cents plus but shares slowly drifing south now 20% below first offer with the second bidder yet to display their credentials.

Clearly the market suggests high risk that neither offer will complete and RCI will sink to much hyped but normal levels of $0.25.

Cld someone explain, in a nutshell why the market doesn't expect either of 2 in principal offers to complete? Seems like money for jam therefore it isn't :)
