I wonder if any UMCers are lurking here. From memory the takeover took that share price from around 50c to $1.20. They had a good deposit of haematite, but it was landlocked and no way to get it to port, surrounded by the big boys. Also, it was a single commodity, single resource company. There are differences here, at least on the surface of things, including: lots of cash to come, no debt, and several big resources plays. I would be disappointed with anything below about $1.50, considering the opportunity loss.
