Well said pennynut. Exactly what I way thinking, but I'm not articulate enough to say it like that. Someone posted in the last few days that the BMG money total was worth up to 80c a share. IMO, anything below $1.50 will be incredibly unfair for the whole company and shareholders. Personally, I would like to see $2. That's roughly 200+ mil, and CAP seem to have a lot on the table. They are laying down an offer here without having seen drilling results yet, so they must be keen, or know there stuff. Realistically though, I expect a low ball offer a la ADI, but obviously not as hostile.
