Wasn't there talk about a second bidder running a ruler over Genex? I recall the article and I am sure it was only a week or so ago.
Maybe they're waiting for Skip to show their second hand before lobbing their bid.
I would very surprised and more so disappointed if Skip were the only party interested in GNX.
Patience is key here, particularly if the buyout fails and the share price stagnates or falls, albeit only temporarily.
