Hard to interpret the Australian's article because of the lack of factual analysis; as far as I understand it, from CY25 we are looking at around $90m/year income ($55m of which is inflation indexed annually) to service a debt of around $900m with (effectively) fixed interest rate of about 2.8% (i.e., $27m/year in interest payments)
