Not that I'm implying this is what you're saying but as someone who has locked horns with magistrates , I believe that fronting up to Court & presenting a list of ''customers'' would be applying the wrong kind of pressure .
Yeah sure , put forward ''demand'' along with everything else but addressing the Enviro & Indigenous aspects (as per @Pharvest post re: funding) will get us further than .... ''c'mon man , we got people waiting'' .
Demand exceeds supply & the O.E.M's know it so deals can wait .... walk out of Court & smack em' in the mouth with permits AND a fistful of E.U money .
