There is more doom, gloom, and fear today than in previous weeks. On other threads, where it does not belong.

Nothing has changed. the norrbotten CAB tipped talga 20%. The writing style of the Lulea refinery was negotiation toward a foregone conclusion, aka Talga being granted refinery permit. Look how far we have come, people. When I first watched talga, we were hoping for a JV from LKAB and Mitsui, the DFS was not even published. Now we are wringing our hands about whether or not the CAB, which tipped us 20% more mining than expected, will or will not grant Talga mining permits? Anything is possible, but it doesn't make sense. There is no smoking gun of "environmentalist" (very generously using the term for redneck nimby rabblerousing) pandering.

Delays can happen, but i really don't see it at the present moment. I guess in a week, or perhaps a few days, we will know.
