I was pondering the same thought. Clearly the appeals haven't been granted, nor refused yet so there must be some kind of limbo period going on right now. I suspect you are on the money.
Meanwhile I've been like a fat kid in a candy store topping up this week, just can't help myself.
There is absolutely no way this is going to end up in anything other than full steam ahead very soon indeed.
