And it is. This separation is the basis of a true democracy. But both the Judiciary and the State need to work as one, to achieve the objectives of the Country and it seems this is not how it’s working in Sweden the relation to Talga despite the High Courts decision in granting the mining Permit months ago. Talga has been burning up millions of dollars just waiting for SC to give the decision on the appeal.
