Brokers at the moment don't beleive that Ding would pay up.I think these brokers will get eggs on their face very soon
Lets look at all the actions from Ding in the past 3 months:
1) 40million options purchased
2) Delong issues $US200million in bonds.
3) Ding hires an independent geologist to confirm the resource
I think at the moment too many people want to see instant casah and are not prepared to hold for more than a couple of weeks.
If you look at the cash value of the deal and the money to be received on options conversion then CFE is 85cents (fully diluted)
If you factor in the 30% value of the company then CFE should be above $1.
I think the main thing about investing has always been not to be effected emotionally especially when te share price falls.
Its nice to buy the shares at a lower price however its impossible to pick the lowest point.
