I know nothing, but there's definitely going to be more than two entities registering as interested parties. Guarantee you that.
I reckon the assets will be broken up rather than sold as one package. There are several "hubs" and numerous mothballed leases which would be very attractive as individual units rather than one big package. Moranbah, Middlemount, Dawson, NSW, Canada are all "hubs" with multiple mines that could sell individually as packages. Anglo has so many leases under their name that are just sitting idle... not that this means they can come online anytime soon.
