Will coal shipped from Newcastle end up cheaper than rail coal from Russia? They have abundance of it, it's just about getting it from A to B.
Possible middlemen buy the coal into China and on sell to India through laundering?
Given historic coal prices, current cost of extraction per ton and current SP (irrespective of costly acquisitions) I think WHC is fairly valued right now.
