    Yes, it looks like you're correct. Wonder what happened there. All it says is the term was not fulfilled and hence terminated. Not much clarification around the actual discussion between parties, so there's still a chance of the deal reviving. Nonetheless, lots of players have eyes on Burwill then Tawana.
