It's the shareholders own poor judgement rather than a combination of negligence, greed, cronyism, fraud and every other wrongful act you care to mention. mate, i got out a while ago, but you cant be so naive to think that ballentine and co actually cared about shareholder interests.. the stock was a crap game from multiemedia days, and the players lost, now to see if balentine and chuck and co can walk away without something legal being done.. but im not too hopeful
