Aren't charts just market sentiment?
LYC has had a bunch of support as it headed down to ~$9 I think there is a big gap to fill at $10 for when the market heads to risk on in a bit.
If the market continues down longer term there will be a lot of value looking at LYC. Strategic / EV demand is not going away and they will sell all they can produce.
