Chaps, my point was that anyone can use a suggestion.
aclemence suggested a name that is an expert in the specific field and this may help. I am convinced that HAL are doing their best for two reasons:
1 - they are professionals
2 - they have the MOU in place to participate in the further development
In any case, any positive push will help to crack this difficult puzzle. If Dr. Ian Gray (no idea of who he is) can help, happy days!
