No wonder Telstra are involved with high admin costs for billing.
Of my last 24 Telstra accounts 22 were wrong and all were overcharges. Their staff are very polite and always fix the problem but I suspect they have a deliberate overcharge policy and hope no one picks it up.
An administration charge will be just one more area for them to make mistakes, in their favour, but if they keep pushing up the charges I will disconnect the home line and just use the mobile.
That will leave me well in front as no one calls on the land line any more.
