Sorry guys, but it would cost Government $43 Billion just to build the ducts and how many years to dig them at public service rates.. 8 years, I do not think so..
The 500 page report will say whatever Conroy wants to hear.. But, the experts out in the field will tear it apart quicker than it was written..
The Government spent $3 billion on putting (cheap)insulation in 50,000 homes.. How many homes are there in Australia that will be FTTH'd?? Just do your multiplication tables and you will soon see that less than $43B, KMPG is in fairy land..
