Well spotted
In my opinion this profotol patent is all POH scientist's own work without any Terumo input at this time.
To support this view I can highlight the following:
1.The applicant is Phosphagenics only and the inventor is an employee of Phosphagenics. The old POH company address is quoted in the document.
2.The priority date for Australia is 9/12/2015.
3.The priority date for the US is 28/4/2016 which is the day before the Terumo/Phosphagenics R&D research agreement was signed.
4.When the Terumo R&D research agreement was signed it was indicated in that announcement that POH had already developed a profotol prototype product.
