well Michaelirish, the original PDS says it "MAY seek to publicly list in order to provide liquidity".....there's always an out for them.
Also," if it remains unlisted, it MAY return capital to investors by way of capital distributions as investments are realised"
We MAY have to wait till the RE makes a pro rata withdrawal offer. Still at their mercy.
They have good investments. Let's hope Cordish realise the mess Dixon / E&P are making of their fund, and their reputation and get more involved, or better yet, boot E&P OUT !
