Please be aware that both these models below are using the Overlay Technology Platform- That is bringing unclear information, and turning it into clear identifiable information . This not only reduces settlement times it also reduces compliance and AML risk. It really does increase the transparency of the product. This is done through a Tokenisation technology and this runs on blockchain technology.

1. Regulatory Reporting Product- This is new for 2021.....
- This will be sold to the 12,000 + that need to report IFTI transactions to AUSTRAC the regulator in Australia. Failure to adhere to this can result in massive fines we only need to look at what happened to Westpac.

- They are planning to sell 5 to 10 of these a year. That will be about 100K upfront plus 100K ongoing ARR. Don't forgot the clip they will get per transaction sent. This could be in the millions of transactions at say 10-30 cents each. who knows.

2. Corresponding Payment Network. This is where things really need to be clarified.

You have Bank A as the top of the tree. And Jane needs to send $ 2000 dollars to Bob. However it needs to go through 3 correspondent banking to get to Bob.

So Bank A sends the payment via SWIFT via ID8 technology, and it goes to bank B, C and D.Before it Arrives on the other side at bank E.

Now if this is done without Identitii and something is missing on the payment this requires you to go back and fourth with many manual handling, With ID8 technology you can add unlimited payment information to any payment. This is great for clear information and reduces risk when the payment hits Bobs bank.

The concept is that this will end up being a network where all the banks sitting under the Large bank let's call it CBA will all be in the one network. The big Bank will get charged 500K a yer recurring and all ones under that will be charged 100K a pop. Each corresponding bank that is added will be a 'member' in the network.

Also each time a payment is sent via the overlay 'token' ID8 will receive a small revenue. This may be 5 cents 10 cents it depends on the commercial arrangements.

As you can see if they can sign Bank A ( 500k a year) to 35 correspondent banks (100k) that's that's over $ 4 million a year recurring. Plus the clip of the token each payment sent. As you can clearly see this is a MASSIVE opportunity ahead.

This is already ontop of the Mastercard deal that is still ongoing and to be clear they are using ID8 in the back end rails of Mastercard.

I hope that answers this for you. If anyone would like to explain this better please proceed. I believe this is a future $100- $300 M stock anywhere from $1 to 2 dollars. I am long term hold.

thanks for your post Davo128... very nice summary... and nice of you to put an achievable MC on the stock... so many in the fintech space think that anything wrapped in a paper bag will make a 1b company...
