Two totally separate non-related issues.
Apart from this of course.
Don't know of any foetuses that have ever been caught trafficking heroin but there has been plenty of mothers that have taken heroin during pregnancy leading to developmental and life challenges for the baby as well as having been born to a junkie mother.
