Management have no skin in the game and it's always a worry when the CEO sells ALL his shares and thinks property is a better investment to outperform your shares in the company. He sold ALL his shares, not like a CEO selling a small chunk to buy a house. Sold the lot and now is relying on 15M worth of FREBIES.
Insiders must have felt silly selling ~70c and then watching this put on an extra $2. More CRs were inevitable after missing out on all those gains themselves.
The more cash they raise the sooner they can do stuff with it to get the revenue up to $200M to collect those juicy 15M freebies
