    We wouldn't be in this position if HR had not done such a bad job over the past five years. He was the one who originally got the Chinese involved (karma). He has forced our hand (shareholders) if things do go pear shaped HR is to blame. If QMN was ran correctly in the first place we wouldn't be having an EGM today.
