My wife's been running her retail shop for over a decade now. A tough business anywhere in the world but especially here in Asia.
When she started she was selling IMHO a low quality product. She always struggled. It was hard to watch her work so hard for little reward but it was the challenge she wanted.
She has since found a wholesale source for a good quality product and while it's had it's ups and downs she's succeeding. She's always getting too gung ho and carrying too much inventory. Then demand suddenly drops off.
A few tears but she digs in deep. The quality product has garnered a good following and she can move it.
I see MG as the same. These times will pass.
