Generally blackout would end at release of half yearly (if there is opportunity)
However if employees have knowledge of discussions which are market sensitive...then the restriction to buy shares would still be in place
Did employees have opportunity. Obviously not......as it was flagged at AGM employees were keen to purchase. (and there have been no announcements of purchasing shares)
