Thanks @asteroider. What is that chart. I have been taking my measurement from the ten year bond yields which have nearly doubled in the past six to eight months. And yet people still keep saying that there is no inflation and that rates will stay at one percent. I have a lunch on it now that our rates will be higher than one and a half percent by the end of this year. I am tempted to send him a note and suggest he start planning his menu.
