It looks as if it might whipsaw here. Not a sign of strength. I think perhaps further strength in the US dollar ?

That moving average combination doesn't whipsaw all that often. Doesn't mean it cant though.

I still think there has to be a rush to gold when the crowd starts to wonder how they can raise rates without destroying the bubbles or how anyone can pay back the debt with higher interest rates or how anyone can afford basic items if inflation is left unchecked. Whole thing is stuck.

Lots of vaccinated people in Singapore are getting delta strain but they aren't getting sick. If that's going to be the global trend we might feel like the whole thing can be over which would bring huge optimism.
