I certainly don't understand the property market or any market really.

I remember going to a sheep sale looking to buy more ewes as sent by my Dad for the first time. It's common that the best are sold first which barely got a bid. By the end the older and less valuable ewes were selling for more than the best young healthy sheep.

My family owned a few acres down from the Airey's Inlet pub with a house with views all the way to Lorne.

I wont say what that was sold for in the early 90's after my Pa re-married.....whoops

An aunt left a very nice house first row near the hospital at Lorne to the Church too.... another whoops.

What about all the debt is all I think but really I have absolutely no idea.

I take solace that stocks can really only go up down or sideways. Is it pointless to wonder why?
