    No @paddington bear to kick our week off. Poor substitute but I thought I'd revist my little finviz futures charts.

    They are 12 months in duration & can be found here https://finviz.com/futures_charts.ashx

    Very quickly added a blue line with the trend from the start of the year and a smaller purple arrow where appropriate showing short term trend. All very quickly added & just what caught my eye.

    A few notes of interest;
    -clearly shows the gold and silver moves reported so often in this thread

    -Inflation (I'm no economist but I think increases in things we need to "live" like food, lumber etc is a measure of inflation. I note that there are 14 significant up arrows in that category. Oil and "the meaty" items have bucked the increase.

    -Interest rates; They are rising. Worth noting that when rates go from 1% to 2 % that is a 100% increase. Companies (&countries????) that have gorged on low interest rates and are fully leveraged still have to find twice the amount of $$$$ to pay their debt. Imagine if interest rates spiked to an unheard of 5%???? Worth noting that they have spent most of the last 40 years >>> 5%. DO PEOPLE AND OUR RESERVE BANKS REALLY UNDERSTAND THIS?????
