The price tag on the advice provided to Centro being $70,000,000 is in fact justified. When advisory firms price the advice that they provide they can never fully disclaim liability. In fact, they cannot disclaim most of the risk/liability they take on in providing the advice. CNP has likely received advice that has within its scope billions of dollars in assets. On this basis alone, $70m as a proportion or percentage of the assets advised upon is relatively minor (from the advisory firms stnadpoint).
