The material terms of the deal clearly state that we recieve 53,333,333 shares in the new company. It also shows that Harvest One must raise a minimum of $15 million. The 70% ownership is based off a $15 million raise.
Andreas holds 6.5 million shares and Peter Wall has over 4 million. It is in their own interests as shareholders themselves to see that this works out for MMJ aswell.
