To illustrate the point a bit further, MMJ Phytotech as it stands now is valued at 39.19m. We are receiving a total amount of 42m (2 mill cash, 40mill shares) for what is essentially a 30% stake in UG and Satipharm. We retain full ownership of Phytotech Therapeutics. So we are currently valued at less than what we are selling 30% of UG and Satipharm.
MMJ/Harvest One entity will also hold 15m in cash and MMJ Phytotech will hold at least 4m (2 mill cash from transaction and 2 mill from CR).
