400M coming online through RI @ $0.015
+ 140M @ $0.0114 through the Note Conversion
There's a broker sub-underwriting the first $1.5M of any shortfall - I can't really see any shortfall exceeding $1.5M anyway.
I'm wondering if this was a decision made with limited options to finance though much like last year when they went for the CN's ?
I'm guessing most brokers would of only been interested in participating at the price the CN's just matured at and the only option for higher was to try and lead existing holders to take $0.015 ?
