1. If you are not convinced that the Theory of Man Made Climate Change Disruption is a real concern, then scrap all subsidies for renewables and imposts on cheaper fossil fuel sources
Or
2. If you do believe, then engage the brain cells - by virtue of the Futility Argument, as a matter of fact and logic, completely shutting down our economy could not possibly have any measurable effect on the climate as we are so small. Ergo, there is no point at all in self-inflicted pain for any possible reason other than ideological zealotry and sanctimony. Ergo, see Option 1 above.
