    Based on ODN update on 15 Dec 2016, the shareholder meeting 2-acquisition of gridComm is scheduled on 26 February 2016. I guess that next week could be D-Day for the signed deal.

    Current Price Earnings Ratio (PE) of green and renewable energy is around 74 http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/datafile/pedata.htm

    If we could estimate profit after tax of gridcomm in 2018, we should be able to estimate the projected ODN share price after the acquisition.
