Adelaide Advertiser the other day quoted a TZN representative stating the issue was due to poor time management rather than any other issue. I was astounded that a public company firstly would make this type of statement. Surely they must have also known that this would not be well received by fragile shareholders. It would not surprise me - assuming it trades soon - to see another large share price drop.
