I don’t think I should be giving out numbers, but search around online. Go via directors or management or whoever. Use their website email, LinkedIn contacts, X, hit up anyone you can find (anyone who might offer to connect you back to management). You’ll get heaps of no replies but keep up the hassle. Thats my method and it works if you don’t give up.
