Why isn't it a high cos that neither CNE who are apparently looking to downsize nor Petrosen who i think already have their mouth full would seek to pe at closer to market value. So 30 days later could be done and dusted.
Or less if they renounced early rather than let the pe lapse.
My suppositions entirely based upon FAR having an interested party waiting in the wings...after all this time it may not be the original suitor....or...

btw...i find it hard to believe anyone who has had any exposure to the "justice system" has any difficulty understanding the blowout of FAR'S initial 12 month arbitration timeframe.
lawyers give best estimates otherwise many clients would not proceed...not to mention specie shareholders...
I doubt they even know as they cannot drive the process....enter the other party with whatever agenda add the arbitration tribunal and its learned players.

so please stòp bagging far for an estimated time frame that was completely out of their control.
