Could it just be possible that with MT resigning, PAA making do with current staff & current funding, and what appears in general to be PAA treading water - could this all be because a deal is agreed pending successful ODD? It would certainly explain why they're not promoting how they're going to fund the Ph2, or any special moves with a new CEO, or any CR in general, or announcing the passing of a patient. Could the deal be done and now we just need the ODD?
