Well it just so happened that my confusion with the second technology timeline in my post earlier on today sparked this investigation. These are my results.

To start off with it does appear as though we are on the home stretch, the question is how long will it take to develop the final product? The end result of this second technology which P&G have exclusive rights to will culminate in the commercialisation of multiple products based on this technology. We have delivered pre-production prototypes for consumer feedback. This makes up the first half of the final stage. Next we will take on the complex work of developing the final product which incorporates the consumer feedback. This will be absolutely massive as this will "change the consumer behavior" and of course we have been seeing clear evidence of this through the magnetic wand followed by the magnetic booster and the magnemask. P&G have it mapped out well in advance and its all going to come to a head with this second technology, a game changer if you will.

OK so lets take a trip through memory lane.

    Shareholder update 28/4/16

    - From what I can dig up the first mention of the second technology was via Beauty Connect. In the shareholder update back in April of 2016 it is mentioned that OBJ had been assessing active ingredients from who I can only assume to be P&G for the potential commercialization of the Beauty Connect and personalized skin care application of the dermaportation technology. Back then P&G were the "major FMCG company".

    - We also developed the smartphone app that will be the essential component of the online applications of the second technology. If we are still utilizing this app for the current consumer testing and for the final product its means more royalties on our end as it appears as though we have done the majority of the heavy lifting.

    Shareholder update 27/7/16

    - A precursor consumer trial was commenced in Asia in hopes that the results will result in the major FMCG (P&G) taking on the project, so from this we can gauge the initial release will once again be in Asia for the second technology.

-Whats of note is that whilst the Major FMCG (P&G) was assessing whether they will take on this project OBJ were also liaising with other FMCG companies. It was recently touched upon that we will be potentially working with accelerators for other applications of the second technology.

    Annual Report 2016

    - Personalised skin care: It appears as though OBJ have been in talks with many major FMCG’s in regards to the second technology, other applications with these other major FMCG's might just surprise us in the future; who knows. From the picture I believe that the first release will once again be SK-II as the applicator has the very familiar SK-II color scheme. It appears as though you purchase the app and product, then it updates your wand according to the metrics.

    - To add further food for thought in regards to other applications of this technology is this extract from the report: the second technology application is “an important breakthrough in the globalization of various skincare brands that are incompatible with the various skin types and local environment conditions”.

OBJ Licenses second technology to P&G 27/4/17

    - A range of P&G’s products are expected to be based on the new technology platform.
    - From this announcement we know that P&G have exclusive rights to this technology.
    - Commercialisation will be done in 2 stages.
    1) Generating consumer responses
    2) Product to incorporate these responses.
    - Description of the core technology remains extremely confidential, IMO because this will be P&G gaining the first mover advantage by disrupting the market with this new technology.
    - We have delivered the first 40 prototypes that will ultimately shape how the final product will operate, what’s of note is the fact that this is expected to “ultimately lead to an extensive program of new products ultilising the new OBJ technology”.
    - After the initial consumer work, second agreement will be executed to allow for the refinement of new products.
    - We are able to influence P&G’s product direction across multiple brands and categories. Its clear that this second technology is what we have all been waiting for, it will be absolutely mammoth IMO.

Patent was granted for the second technology 23rd aug 2017.

    - Whats interesting is the company is also grinding away working on implementation of this technology across: “musculoskeetal, haircare, deodorant and antiperspirant sectors”. And from the Oct 17 quarterly we are in discussions with accelerators in regards to the distribution of the second technology across applications which most likely will be one of the applications stated above.

    And finally todays announcement:

    - This new agreement paves the way for the development of the final product which is why we read "know-how-license-agreement".

-From my understanding it supplements the second technology licensing agreement, once consumer feedback is collected it must be applied in way that will develop the final product. This requires Jeff’s “know-how” and P&G’s “know-how” and the transfer of said "know-how" between the two but it would appear this is very much so to protect OBJ’s behind. I hope that OBJ don’t transfer too much “know-how” as it could of course be P&G’s “know-how” as a result and who knows how cheeky they might get with it.

Next update? Lets wait and see shall we. IMO looks like a release early 2019? Or if we are lucky Christmas release? Either way we are at the final stage. GLTA
