But when you pay off another "trade creditor" that happens to not be a private sector entity, it seems that entity is not interested in future production. And at least make sure that entity is paying what it owes to Troy.

At least it seems possible that former "trade creditor" might want to put some cash into Troy (non equity based) now that cash is pouring in from other sources.

Remember we do not have production but a fully functional hospital for local citizens plus having less problems from illegal miners is worth something too, at least for the country.
