"Further to the request on 30 November 2022 for the securities of Troy Resources Limited (Troy or the Company) are to remain in voluntary suspension in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2 until all the following occursa) the completion of the recapitalisation actions as described in the Company’s Notice of General Meeting, dated 23 June 2022, Section 2.9;(b) and satisfaction of all reinstatement conditions as described in the Company’s Notice of General Meeting, dated 23 June 2022, Section 2.10; and(c) the lodgement of all outstanding documents (including the most recent annual report) required by the ASX under Listing Rule 17.8, andor if all the above events occur before 30 June 2023."
