I don't have nearly a million dollars invested in Troy so I can't say I share your pain.
But I can say that I'm disappointed, not so much that the company is facing hard times.
I recognise that investing carries risks and not all investments work out.
Where I am disappointed is the lack of information from the company especially when it is specifically requested - your request is an example of this; I suspect that most investors want the same information that you request.
