They hadn't as 2 m of RiverFort Capital never came through. And having enough funds for 12 months was including care and maintenance which was 3 m over the 12 months prior while part of that was even in production and much higher costs than just care and maintenance. So we are talking about maybe 2m annually while capital raise September to change of address in December was 2-3 months.
Prespectus pro-forma balance sheet omitted the payments from Brazil too.
I would speculate that the balance sheet after excluding TRGI might not be that bad, not knowing if creditors might have direct claims against the parent. For now it seems all there is left is some cash, 35-45m in deferred tax assets at face value and 30% tax rate and if recoverable i.e. future earnings needed, the Brazil iron ore sale, 2 or 3 royalties and 842,800 ounces in gold resources. Analyst estimate for Omai is 27 $/oz which seems unrealistic.
