So taking from one of your earlier posts this would have to be an access issue? Fully loaded they are struggling to get through the mouth of the river. Maybe after recent cyclones, the mouth is shallower than previous?
Good to know on the two ship situation, but this leaves us with dreadfully slow load times. we need 5/6 days and are getting 10/11 days. I see no way they make guidance on this. I was hoping each barge was full and at the 23rd we had done 160kt in 14 days. A good run rate. But with the second ship having just left, that's 120kt in 18 days.
The same issues with shipping charges exceeding projections will exist if there are idle ships at anchorage for 3/4 days before getting filled.
