    You really have no clue, they can only have 19.9% in total regardless of purchases before or after deal. A takeover is then determined on a number conditions, 1 being the approval from AUZ BoD and SH which will not happen.
    Keep throwing sheet at the wall, eventually you'll fluke something that sticks.
