I found your comment about the complexity of manufacturing ADCs interesting. And fairly obviously a configurable dendrimer framework should offer advantage. The detailed description of the AZD0466 development gave some clues to how the dendrimer could be configured to manage solubility over time and control the release of the payload AZD4320 to reduce toxicity.

One thing is for sure, no other organisation in the world knows more about configuring dendrimers and their payloads. DEP-Irinotecan is perhaps the most exciting from a non ADC standpoint and, as you say, a combination of DEP-Docetaxel or DEP-Cabazitaxel with a PSMA antibody would be a major leap forward in treating metastatic prostate cancer.

While the Starpharma web site contains this data it is not as focused or well written as your piece.

And why is there not on the Starpharma web site an up to date set of pages which publish:

1. The Vivagel BV product with product names by country and availability (approved, in store etc) with country specific web sites.
2. The Viraleze product with ditto (even though we know this is only the UK today).
3. The condoms (or have we all forgotten these may or not exist?).
