I read that Citibank has severed their longstanding relationship with Tavistock and Joe Lewis as their banker over the insider trading and how their directors have behaved on boards of companies they invest in (Tavistock has to remove their directors from all boards in the USA now):

This makes me concerned that the board of AACo has not been focused on their fiduciary duties to all shareholders.
