A quick and genuine question.

If the company can not tell us all the things we want to hear because of confidentiality agreements with P and G does this mean the directors are unable to trade at all as they know significant material info (they must know the ins and outs of the agreements) not available to other shareholders?

Yes I still hold. Not sure if it is a severe case of "sunk cost" or just optimism.
